1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on the Alquerque website (the “Site”), owned by [Alquerque], with its registered office at Ariana.
By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these terms.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are intellectual games for personal use.
Product information (descriptions, prices, images) is provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occur. Alquerque cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (TND), including taxes (TTC).
Delivery fees are specified before the order is confirmed and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Ordering
Orders can be placed directly on the Site. An order is confirmed after full payment and the receipt of a confirmation email from Alquerque.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods available on the Site (credit card, bank transfer, mobile payment, etc.).
Payments are secure, and the customer guarantees they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and delivery services.
Alquerque cannot be held responsible for delays due to transport or unforeseen events.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Tunisian consumer protection law (Law No. 92-117 of December 14, 1992), the customer has 7 business days from the date of product receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty
Products sold are covered by the legal warranty against non-conformity and hidden defects under the Tunisian Consumer Code.
In case of defective products, the customer may request a replacement or refund.
9. Liability
Alquerque cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of products.
The seller’s liability is limited to the price of the ordered product.
10. Personal Data
Information collected during the order is necessary for its processing and customer support. It is processed in accordance with Tunisian Law No. 2004-63 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute related to the order or the interpretation of these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
